Wildroot Sourdough Starter
More than bread. Less pressure than you think.
Use it to make sourdough bread, pancakes, crackers, pizza crust, muffins, flatbreads and other discard recipes.
Keep your starter in the fridge and pull it out when you want to bake. Don’t want to maintain one forever? You don’t have to. Use part of the dry starter now, save the rest, and start again whenever you’re ready.
New to sourdough?
Start small. Use about a teaspoon of dry starter, add a little water, then begin feeding with flour and water. Keep the rest of the package as your backup.
Forgot about your starter? Killed it? Life happened?
No big deal. Start again from your saved dry starter, or pick up another package when you’re ready.
